SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the text messaging program ("Program") operated by PICK Creative, LLC, doing business as SunWhore ("SunWhore," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from SunWhore, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. The Program

SunWhore's Program sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages (including but not limited to new product announcements, restocks, sales, and other offers) to subscribers who have opted in via our website checkout, sign-up form, or other opt-in method that references these SMS Terms.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from SunWhore at the mobile number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user for the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per month depending on promotions, product launches, and other Program activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the Program, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your text and data plan.

5. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered to your device in every instance.

6. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin the Program, sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

7. Help / Support

If you are experiencing issues with the Program, reply with the keyword HELP to the number you received messages from, or contact us directly at info@sunwhore.co.

8. No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing

We will not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with service providers (such as SMS platform and delivery vendors) solely to operate and deliver the Program. 9. Changes to the Program and These Terms

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Program, or any features of the Program, at any time without notice, and to update or modify these SMS Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new SMS Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Program is offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Program or the content sent through it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunWhore and PICK Creative, LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your participation in the Program.
